Thank you all for your sweet calls/emails and for stopping by to entertain me this week!
Things have been going very smoothly this week - a huge welcome from our week last week! My contractions have substantially slowed over the course of the week to just a few each day. I'm still on Procardia (a blood pressure med surprisingly) to slow the contrations, and it really seems to be helping. My doctor feels that as long as my contractions are at bay and there are no other complications (i.e. bleeding), we are out of the woods for now. The important thing is for me to take it easy and try to stay off my feet, which is so hard for someone who is just a wee bit OCD!
David's been taking excellent care of me - he's been going Krogering for me, bringing me breakfast in bed so I can take my time before coming downstairs for the day, and fixing dinner each night. I'm starting to really get used to this fabulous treatment! :)
I'll see my doctor on Monday, so more updates to come. Thank you again for keeping us in your thoughts and prayers. Between my Dad's plane going down last week* and Harrison almost coming early, our family has definitely been spared and blessed.
Love

* Mom and Dad are doing well and are on there way back up to Alaska via commercial airplane as I write. They were headed out on a 5 wk vaca in Dad's plane and on day 2 the engine froze as they were flying over Nebraska, headed for a friend's house in Montanta! Dad did an emergency landing, and no one was hurt, thank the Lord! We are so lucky they were close enough to a grassy strip to land the plane and not over trees/water somewhere in the middle of Canada or Montana! They are sending an entire engine up to replace the old one and Dad will fly back up to Nebraska in late September to pick up his plane. To salvage the trip, they flew out this morning for the fishing lodge in Alaska for 2 weeks. Crazy!
