Galveston Island

After months of David preparing for the Series 79, and 2 weekends of endless re-landscaping, I decided it was time to pick up and head to Galveston for a relaxing weekend at a resort called Pointe West! Our condo was fabulous - Harrison slept in a big boy bed the whole weekend and did great. We enjoyed the beautiful ocean view, but the highway of seaweed left a lot to be desired during our "beach outings!" (They are supposed to scrape the seaweed, but were waiting on a permit?!!) Regardless of the seaweed, Harrison loved collecting shells and chasing birds. We spent a lot of time at the beach club in the hot tub - well, at least my feet got to spend time in the hot tub - didn't want to overcook baby #2! :) It was a great weekend away and we're looking forward to a wonderful Easter weekend ahead.

3 1/2 weeks until baby arrives - name still TBD... we are narrowing it down, though - progress!!!

Harrison LOVES his Daddy - and had him all to himself for a full weekend - the first time in a while from Daddy's very busy travel schedule at work and weekend schedule of "to-do" lists from Mommy!!! ;)
